1) Trial run for students
Standard procedure for them to follow:
Quality for end- product, to deliver job on time
Come up with a script-us
Choose who to sub/trial-student
1) Dmc duty schedule
o Cca days monday and Thursday(to find out wat time to wat time)
o Wat are members duties(sch event coverage,
o Dmc teacher ic-alice lim(trina tay in the near future)
o Find out wat the students do during cca days(call Alicia to find out-yuxian)
o Strength of students capable of doing the job
Production style
• To incorporate commercial editing as part of their Cca commitments which
include events coverage, sch projects, etc.
Suggestions:
• Break up the wedding video into segments for each grps of students to edit.


2) Equipments
• Editing stations

Standard Segments:
1) Groom and brothers activities in groom’s hse
2) Journey to the bride’s hse
3) Brides preparation: makeup, etc
4) Sisters activities, preparation of questions, xuan tian ku la, etc
5) Groom’s arrival at brides hse
• Shouting from downstairs
• Answering of questions
• Punishments
• Get pass the door into the hse
• One last challenge before entering into the bridge rm
6) Unveiling of the bride, kiss, offering of tea to elders both sides
N.B. Ending scene must be handled with more details to bring out the crucial romantic touch to the video.

Breakdown of scenes for trial-editing by students:
1) Preparation at Bride’s hse
2) Arrival and playing of games btw brothers and sisters
3) Inside the brides’s hse, singing of song, etc, unveiling of bride
4) Back to groom hse, offering of tea to elders, family shots
5) Back to bride hse, offering of tea to elders, family shots
6) Showcase of their new hse
7) Preparation of wedding banquet, hotel
8) Arrival of guest, oath, solemnisation, champagne, etc
